No code? Your money comes back.

SMS-MAN rents virtual numbers for verification codes, for one activation or for longer. If you are weighing alternatives, compare how long you need the number, how you pay and what happens when no code comes. Here is what SMS-MAN states in its Google Play listing, read on 31 October 2026, next to what SMS For U does.

Before you switch

  1. Write down which services and countries you need.
  2. Check that each one is listed before you pay.
  3. Read the refund sentence word for word.
  4. Test one number before you switch for good.

What SMS-MAN says about itself, 31 October 2026

It has an Android app on Google Play.

It names numbers from over 172 countries and regions, and verification for more than 3,000 apps and websites.

One-time activation: the number is available for 20 minutes and receives one SMS.

Long-term rental: a number for up to 3 months, with unlimited messages.

Its description in Google search also names real as well as virtual numbers, and rental of up to 12 months.

All of this is from the SMS-MAN listing on Google Play and its description in Google search, read on 31 October 2026, because its homepage blocks automatic reading. It is a description, not a review.

Where SMS-MAN can suit you better

You want to rent one number for months and receive many messages on it. SMS-MAN describes that option, and SMS For U does not have it: our number is for one verification.

You sign up to something that only works with a long-lived number, or you want a very wide list of apps to choose from. Check those on the day against the list in each service.

Common questions

Can I rent a number for months with SMS For U?

No. Our number is for one verification. If you need one for months, a rental plan fits better.

Does SMS For U guarantee a code?

No. Nobody can promise that a service accepts a given number. What we do promise: if no code arrives, you do not pay.

Why is there no price comparison?

Prices depend on service and country and move. Compare the number you need, in the app, on the day.

No code, no charge

You do not pay for a number that brought no code. If nothing arrives, cancel the order in the app; the payment is refunded as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. While it is being checked, the amount stays reserved rather than spent.

Cancelling is possible after a short wait at the start of an order: a number needs a moment before it can be reached at all, and a cancellation in the first seconds would be refused anyway.

If a number has already received one code and you need a second one, you can ask for another SMS on the same number. That is a separate, chargeable attempt and it is not refunded even if no second code arrives; the app shows what it costs before you confirm. There is no subscription: you pay per number, never per minute and never per month.

What this is not for

Do not use these numbers for banks, payment services, wallets or crypto exchanges. Those are excluded, and an account resting on a number that is not permanently yours is an account you can lose. The same goes for anything you need access to for years: government portals, tax accounts, insurance. A temporary number is for a one-off confirmation, not a lasting key to something important.
