No code? Your money comes back.

A +49 number from Germany for Facebook. No code, no charge: nothing is billed if Facebook never texts it. You pick Germany in SMS For U, enter the number where Facebook asks for one, and the Facebook code appears in your account seconds after Facebook sends it. Whether Germany can be picked for Facebook at this moment is shown in the app — that part changes through the day, so this page does not claim it.

How you get your code

  1. Start in SMS For U by looking up Facebook.
  2. The app lists the countries open for Facebook at this moment; choose one of those.
  3. Say yes, and a working number is on your screen immediately.
  4. Hand that number to Facebook at the sign-up form, or Settings → Mobile, then trigger the code.
  5. Watch it land in SMS For U by itself, and paste it back where Facebook asked.

Why a phone number is asked for

People look for this exact pair for one of two reasons: Facebook behaves differently depending on where the number comes from, or the account is meant to read as Germany. Because Facebook can ask for the same number again later, the country you choose now is the country the account keeps. If Facebook turns a German number down, that is Facebook's decision about a whole range of numbers — another country usually helps faster than a second try with the same one.

Common questions

Does Facebook accept numbers from Germany?

We do not promise that it does, and no honest page could: Facebook decides which ranges of numbers it accepts, and it changes them. If it refuses one, cancel and take another country — you pay nothing for a number that brought no code.

How do I get a Facebook code on a German number?

Open SMS For U, search for Facebook, pick Germany and confirm. Enter the +49 number at Facebook (the sign-up form, or Settings → Mobile) and ask for the code; it appears in your SMS For U account by itself.

What if the German number does not work for Facebook?

Cancel the order and take a different country. The refusal applies to a range of numbers rather than to the one number, so a second try from Germany usually ends the same way.

No code, no charge

You do not pay for a number that brought no code. If nothing arrives, cancel the order in the app; the payment is refunded as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. While it is being checked, the amount stays reserved rather than spent.

Cancelling is possible after a short wait at the start of an order — a number needs a moment before it can be reached at all, and a cancellation in the first seconds would be refused anyway.

If a number has already received one code and you need a second one, you can ask for another SMS on the same number. That is a separate, chargeable attempt and it is not refunded even if no second code arrives; the app shows what it costs before you confirm. There is no subscription: you pay per number, never per minute and never per month.

What this is not for

Do not use these numbers for banks, payment services, wallets or crypto exchanges. Those are excluded — and an account resting on a number that is not permanently yours is an account you can lose. The same goes for anything you need access to for years: government portals, tax accounts, insurance. A temporary number is for a one-off confirmation, not a lasting key to something important.
